Project, curated by a well-known journalist and film-director Ashot Dzhazoyan, consists of the documentary film and photo-series made by the foreign photographers, both parts are dedicated to the citizens of Khabarovsk, people of different creative and technical professions with diverse interests and persinal stories. They are united by the city and their desire to improve together with it.

Frank Herfort
Frank has spent over a decade taking pictures of different spaces across Russia. As a photographer of architecture, he pays tribute to the old-fashioned Stalin's decor and still uses many Russian interiors. His work – a modern view from the Russian hinterland.
«I've been enjoying the whole trip and the thing that amazed me most was friendly and nice local people that we've been taking pictures of. I snapshot air crew, vegetable growers, painter, builders, trolleybus driver, captain of the ship and even priest-barista. All of them hospitably welcomed us and tried to do everything we asked. I really felt the warm soul of the Far East, which I tried to convey in my photos».
